 A 49-year-old Augusta man has been charged with arson in connection with a June 2009 fire that destroyed a topless coffee shop in Vassalboro. Steve McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety, on Tuesday said a warrant has been issued for Raymond J. Bellavance, who has been missing from his home on Jefferson Street in Augusta for several days. Bellavance is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with dark hair and heavily tattooed arms. McCausland identified Bellavance as the boyfriend of a coffee shop waitress.
